    UNISON are re-launching our taking stress seriously campaign with new Reclaim your Lunch Hour events.

    Staff at London Met are stressed.  In 2009 we took a survey of our members, which found that staff are stressed out with too much work, lack of control over their working environment, pressure from management and fear of redundancies.
