UNISON MEMBERS URGED TO STRIKE FOR BETTER PAY

unnamedPay austerity is a choice being made by universities – not a necessity. There is money, but it is only being made available for some. UNISON believes it should be available for all.

Your UNISON branch is recommending to reject the 1.1% pay offer and commit to an escalating industrial action to seek an improved offer.

Participation in this ballot is crucial. A strong turnout will strengthen our position at the negotiating table, this year and next year. Make sure you vote, tell us what you think and tell your employer that you do have an opinion.
